Beginner Volleyball Training
We offer volleyball training for beginners, both boys, and girls, between the ages of 7 and 14. This volleyball program focus on the fundamentals of volleyball and teach proper volleyball techniques, including:
Our volleyball training program is ongoing and delivers the necessary foundation to start playing organized volleyball. Our professional volleyball coaches work in a small setting to ensure each student receives personalized attention for a more enjoyable learning experience.
Intermediate Volleyball Training
At the end of the Beginner volleyball training program, students 12 and older are promoted to the intermediate level, where they build on their volleyball skills and learn the necessary skills for excelling on a volleyball team, including:
- Volleyball rules
- Game and training etiquette
- Volleyball training drills
- Preparation for school and club volleyball teams
