The Volleyball School VIVAFIT Sports Performance brings its student-athletes the most comprehensive training program to improve performance and maximize results. VIVAFIT delivers science-based training for highly motivated athletes and adults.

VIVAFIT training program is offered in a group setting and is tailored around the individual athlete and specific position or sport to maximize performance, increase speed and agility, and help prevent injuries.
