Optimal Sports Performance (OSP)
at The Volleyball School

The Volleyball School has partnered with Optimal Sports Performance (OSP) to bring its student-athletes the most comprehensive training program to improve performance and maximize results. Optimal Sports Performance (OSP) delivers science-based training for highly motivated athletes across multiple sports. Including volleyball, baseball, softball, and soccer. Over the past two years, they have been transitioning to working with more volleyball athletes, and have seen great success with training and sending their girls to universities all over the country.

OSP training program is offered in a group setting and is tailored around the individual athlete and specific position or sport to maximize performance, increase speed and agility and help prevent injuries.

The volleyball school provides a number of privates lessons options:

Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced players

Monday 5:00 - 6:00 PM or 6:00 - 7:00 pm
